GelAteneo continues to create more opportunities for everyone to learn all about gelato. Our renowned and international award-winning Gelato chefs shared their knowledge from the basics of making Authentic Italian Gelato to advance courses of the intricate processes it consists of. From the ingredients, balancing recipes, equipment advancement, and creating their own signature gelato flavors, GelAteneo has spread its reach by doing a demonstration at The Bakery by Café Dolci in Mitsukoshi Mall, BGC last April 2023. This allowed customers and mallgoers who were interested about the gelato to experience first-hand the actual gelato making.
Over the years, GelAteneo conducts training and courses dedicated to the making of the famous Italian dessert – Artisinal Gelato from premium and all-natural ingredients.
